Oh no! We’re sorry your Darling Carré piece wasn’t a perfect match—but don’t worry, returns are easy! Here’s what you need to do:
1. Let us know:
Send us an email at hello@darlingcarre.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and tell us what you’d like to return. We’ll take it from there!
2. Package it with care:
Place your item(s) back in the original packaging (or something safe and secure) and make sure it’s in the same beautiful condition as when it arrived.
3. Send it our way:
You'll need to post your return back to us using your preferred shipping method. We recommend choosing a tracked service to make sure your return make it safely back to us.
4. Refund time:
Once we receive your return and confirm it’s in its original, unused condition (no signs of wear, makeup, or perfume, please!), we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
